DINNER ON MAIN
The Kutztown Community Partnership is hosting the annual Dinner on Main event, which will be held on Friday, August 2nd, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Raindate is Saturday, August 3rd, 2024)
Dinner on Main showcases the many local eateries of Kutztown during a community-inclusive one-night experience. The event will be hosted along the 200 block of West Main Street. Originally started as Kutztown's Bicentennial event, Dinner on Main now occurs annually to offer community attendees select menus of popular restaurants around town.

Be a Sponsor
During Dinner on Main, local restaurants will be set up in the 200 block of Main Street to cook and serve sample small plates to event attendees while musical entertainment fills the street. The event continues to attract a growing crowd each year. Proceeds from the event are reinvested into the downtown community through marketing, event production, environmental initiatives, and community programs. As always, your support for this event is greatly appreciated. Our sponsors are vital to the success of the event.

APPETIZER (Partner) SPONSOR: $50 (no limit)
The appetizer level is our smallest sponsorship and offers the following benefits:

Logo on our event website as a sponsor of the event with a link to your website.

Logo printed on Sponsor signs throughout the event.
ENTRÉE (VIP) SPONSOR: $300 (limit: 7)
The entrée level sponsor is our mid-range sponsorship and offers all Appetizer level benefits plus:

Listed in all press releases as a sponsor of the event and logo printed on official Dinner on Main marketing materials.

Your company name announced as a sponsor over the microphone during entertainment breaks at the event.

2 Food Vouchers for the Event
DESSERT (Primary) SPONSOR: $1250 (limit: 2)
The Dessert level sponsor is our full-range sponsorship and offers all Appetizer and Entrée benefits plus:

Sponsorship Recognition in the Name of the Event (Example: Kutztown Community Partnership’s Annual Dinner on Main Sponsored by “Sponsor Name”).

Opportunity to speak as a sponsor for up to 5 minutes during entertainment break at the event.

4 Food Vouchers for the Event
Be a Vendor
Our food vendors are the stars of Dinner on Main!

Booth spaces are available for $70 per space. Booth space is limited to a single 12’x12’ booth (including all wires, stakes, poles, etc.) All items being sold or displayed must be contained in booth space.
Accepted vendors agree to contribute 10% of sales to Kutztown Community Partnership.

DETAILS
This is an outdoor event and vendors are expected to be prepared for any type of weather. Weights of at least 25 lbs per leg are required for all tenants, canopies, and pop-ups.

All applications must be submitted by June 14th, 2024.
​
Selection of food vendors will be based on menu creativity, community engagement, and prompt receipt of the completed application package.
Checks for applications not accepted to the 2024 event will be returned no later than June 18, 2024.
​
There will be NO REFUNDS for accepted vendors after June 14, 2024.
Volunteer
We rely on our volunteers to help set up, monitor, and tear down the event between the hours of 4:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
The set-up slot will run from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. and needs 20 volunteers.
A total of six volunteer monitors will be needed from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The clean-up slot will run from 10:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. and requires 20 volunteers.
